I miss digital painting

In the recent weeks, I've noticed that i am spending less time on my digital art exercises, practicing with some references that i took from DA awesome photos and stock poses.
I really have less time and I am struggling to find peace and spare moments so I can improve my digital painting and especially characters.
I am working in a very boring job (if only i can use my computer in the office! aaarrrgghhh) and when I finish working, I become so lazy and tired so I go sleep and watch some TV show or movies
Guys, I really need your advice here, I am loosing my hands right now!
